The City of Tybee Island, Georgia, has RSS feeds for almost everything on their website, meaning citizens can get notifications of meeting dates, agendas, and major events/news in an open format. If Tybee Island, which has a population of 3,400 citizens, can do this, your government can implement RSS also. They even have a video on “RSS in Plain English” to teach citizens about RSS feeds.
